The topic says it all. I was hoping for a 13.9, but am pleased with where I ended up. I also had a great time meeting everyone there. I'm sure I'll see you back there before to long.

That's freaking moving! Those two times right here show it! The slow 60' (no traction) and the 99mph!!! Your truck is definitely a a solid 13.7 with traction! Get you some drag radials or slicks and run your 13.Quote:

It was a blast out there, just a bunch of friendly guys at the track, I had a great time as well.
Bill finally did it! I've been waiting for him to hit his mid 13. He'll be doing a cam very soon, and maybe we can talk him into a 2600stall , heheh :devil: He's got the bug bad.

99mph is good for a 13.5...congrats and get that 60'er down!
I guess I should have put the 285/50 's on the rear instead of the 255/55's. At his rate, I'll have the option of upgrading again before to long. :burnout:

By the time I take my truck to the strip again the LQ4 should be in. I'm hope that virtually guarantees a 13. Allen's hinting at 12, but I think he's optimistic.
cool man. i am looking into a swap as well. but i keep leaning towards an ls1. something about them 5.7's that keeps me looking at them.
I good friend of mine has a 5.7 LS1 with a spun rod for sale, so it needs a crank. Might be a prime canditate for a stroker kit (grin). I think he wants $1200 for it pretty much complete.Quote:
