Whats wrong with my truck?? :(

So i got my new long tubes and ory pipe from DNA motoring and put them in bout a week and a half ago...ran fine with no problems untill a few days ago it started throwing the codes P1153 (H02S insufficient switching bank 2 sensor 1), P0154 (H02S no activity Bank 2 sens 1). P0174 (System too lean bank 2). I replaced bank 2 front sensor with a stock ac delco 02 and codes came right back. Fuel pressure is 50-60 psi. checked all vaccum hoses and they seem to be fine, i cant find a vaccum leak anywhere. Maybe the mass airflow sensor is bad? dont know how to really check it without a scan tool...do you guys have any idea wats wrong with her?? thanks for any input

Well I don't know if this correct but I've found with long tubes cause alot of these codes and just because exhaust has been altered I can retune calibration in tune to get fuel trims back in sink till I'm blue in the face, but ultimatelay end up erasing these pesty codes to keep light off because car or truck runs fine. Maybe this is the wrong way to go about it but thats what I do. Maybe one of the pros would chime in on this subject I just mess with this stuff as a hobby.

Its the tune homie, mines got a bunch of codes also because of the LT's and no cats, also idles funky.

hmmm i would do as follows, erase the codes, unhook the battery for atleast 20 min. (i know this isnt why the code is there, but check your plug wires for touching the headers and also check you plugs to make sure you didnt crack any when you put the headers in.) the hook it back up and see if it throws any codes. could be in the tune as well. when i put my headers on, i didnt throw any codes until plug wires started gettting burnt

If there's a problem with the MAF, you should be throwing codes on both banks. Check for an exhaust leak on the passenger side. Also check the wiring harness on the front O2 sensor. Look carefully for a possible broken wire inside the insulation or damage to the insulation.

Are the headers coated or uncoated?

the headers are uncoated-polised stainless...When i put the headers on i put in all new plug wires with the heat resistant boots that go over the wires to keep from melting them. Since the codes showed up iv checked all the wires and they are fine. my airfuel guage reads lean at idle and while driving around town, it spits and sputters in acceleration and has a rough idle with an exhaust smell strong enough to make your eyes water but when i hit the interstate the gauge reads right and truck runs fine

well assuming you no longer have cats or the rear o2 sensors, it will throw a code, i just put long tubes on my 05 rst, no cats, no rear o2 sensors, does the same thing, runs like complete crap, idles rough, smells bad and has a check engine light, you need a custom tune... with rear o2 and cat deleted. ill be ordering mine very soon...

your not tuned for LTs? are the rear o2 sensors deleted in the current tune? i had a problem with the front o2 sensors on my 01. a lot of guys used rear o2s off of a corvette and just spliced/shrink wrapped the wires.
id wait till the tune comes in and see what it does.

The most likely cause for the o2 code is because they are not get enough heat because they have been moved away the engine. like said above switch to the vette rears and it should help.

ok thanks guys im gonna wait untill the re-tune comes in and give that a try since its the cheapest option..lol and if that dont work i'll go with the vette 02's
