OK, most of you guys that are swearing, know the rules.
I'm on good terms with all of you, and I've been holding back on giving infractions....so this is the part of being a mod that sucks. I'm tired of getting PM's and having to edit your posts and drop warning to you in the chat box.
So - no hard feelings, but if I'm going to start giving infractions for language, lude discussions, etc.
So please clean it up. If you get an infraction and get pissy, it's your own doing, not mine.

I think a requirement for being a moderator should be that you own a truck with an LS. You made a big deal about it being time to move on, why are you still hanging around threatening to give people infractions?

Fourth, I don't get paid to do this. I do it to help Allen and because I appreciate the site. So even though I sold my truck and the TBSS is primarily driven by my wife, I still dedicate time to this site so everyone, including YOU can enjoy it.

Somewhat. Its nothing personal. I've never met DamnYankee but Im sure he is a stand up guy. I just dont understand why he still wants to be a moderator after all of the time to move on posts.

Some one has not used the forum enough to appreciate the real good mods or members. Moze in my opinion you can hang out as long as you want no matter what you drive. You do a fantastic job as a mod. I would have banned someone already. :LOL::tvhaha:

I'm guilty of getting the watch the language post...especially in the chat box. I try and keepy regular posts as clean as possible but I tend to get carried away in te chat box. ive always been curious and this is a genuine question. i dont mean to offend anyone so if anyone gets mad i truly am sorry i did not mean to but why is there rules on swearing. im sure everyone on this site is well over the age to use language they want, and most all of us swear on a regular basis. i cant imagine a 4 year old owning a truck or using a computer. again not trying to be a jerk or sound mean in anyway. just always been curious about it

To add to what's been said - a LOT of members expressed their appreciation for the site not allowing swearing for the reasons mentioned - their kids will look over their shoulders to see cool videos of trucks or whatever. I don't have kids but if I did, I would be appreciative of knowing I can get on here and the F word isn't going to be staring them in the face.
