Hell at least this time it was by my own doing. I was there 8 months and liked it for about 6. But for the last couple months the shops been completely dead, soon after that I started having issues with my time card not matching my pay stub and a bunch of other LANGUAGE!!!! . Well then the boss hires 2 other guys so he could put me on a pretty much part time schedule, not pleased. Said schedule gets handed out today, WTF? I'm still pulling 55 hours a week, wait a second why arent the new guys having to work any weekends or late nights? Ask the boss about this, his reason was "they make more than you we cant afford to have them here as much". Again WTF? Why are the new guys getting more money and a decent work schedule over me, especially when I had to teach them both how to do the damn job. (I mean THE basic of the basics, grade 10 high school shop class LANGUAGE!!!! ). The reason was because they were both a couple years older than me. BullLANGUAGE!!!! . Three hours later I get cornered because work isnt getting done, I'm out plowing the lot and getting cars out of 3 inches of ice. I was expected to be responsible for tweedle dee and tweetle dumb but get paid less, work more. Don't think so I'm outta there. Anyway thats the story of why I'm no longer a GM bitch, and quite frankly fed up with the trade completely
