Anybody with LT's and stock muffler?

The other night I got a wreckless driving ticket because I flashed my verter goin through town!!1:argg:
I know for a fact if my exhaust was quieter he would have never heard me and I wouldnt have to be paying a $133 ticket and my insurance now!! ( thanx dad!)
So im bout to stop all this attention getting! lol
Im ganna put the stock muffler in for sure but I was just curious if anybody else has done this and how does it sound?

just put a little bullet type muffler in-line before the rear exit, it will quiet it down quite a bit.

Im ready to be stealthy!! lol

ask Virgil he ran his truck like that for a bit

I've never personally heard that setup but I've heard of people doing it. You could even throw a cut-out before the stock muffler if you wanted to be loud and get noticed.

Take a driving class so your insurance wont go up.

+1 That's what I would do. Just put an electric cutout in front of your stock muffler

+1 Driving school works when it comes to preventing your insurance from going up after a ticket......I had three infractions on one ticket.

Iv heard a stock muffler with lt's and ory. sounds kind of cool. Has a unique sound.

it sounds just like a factory truck, but it has a deeper tone

thanks guys. i will eventually put a cutout in it but money is tight right now..

i know that explanation sucks, but i bet virgil has a clip of his old setup
