So, I got a CB and today I went and got an antenna. It's not in the truck yet but hooked up in my house. What are some popular CB channels??

I prefer Morse code for my antiquated communication.
Just messing with ya.
Cbs are great for driving the interstate and using the look outs/ truckers for smokie reports.
Yeah 19 is your trucker channel.
And no, you are not interested in any Lot Lizzards.
ok so there's some good traffic on 19. I am now going to revise my question: Where can I mount it?? I have the full center console and overhead console and the CB is too wide to fit where the tape player/pocket goes.
Buddy has one of these in his dodge.
Shelf-It Overhead Storage Shelf - JCWhitney
Might do the same thing. Need that extra storage too. CB is attached to the underside, but could be put up inside.
mount the reciever inside your center console. put the speaker in the CD holder under the tape deck. hang the mic on the side of the center console.
Breaker 19, Breaker 19... what's your handle? You gotta have a handle(name)
i did mine under the dash when i had one.... in the middle where you could reach it... there are a couple holes in that area that i just used instead of having to drill new ones for the mount... then ran the cable out the middle of the cab to the antenna
wont work either. dual power seats and the motors and everything don't all enough room
ya but i have the full center console and the opening where the tape player was isn't wide enough. do yo have a pic of how you did it??
Put it under the back seat. Right on top of the trans tunnel. Then if you do change channels it's still accessable. But you will need a longer cable for the mic. Would work if you say in the back seat all the time lol.
