Allen, I don't know if you have a 255 lph walbro pump in there already or not but if you don't, you might seriously consider one since you've already proven a lean condition at high rpm. You might also consider going to a flow thru fuel rail system such as those by aeromotive. The one line fuel rails are notorious for leaning out an engine during performance mode since they are designed to feed fuel to the engine as a secondary requirement. Cooler fuel is also a benefit with a flow-thru fuel rail system, too. As you know, cooler/denser fuel makes more HP and that's the name of the game.
Allen has the Walbro 255 pump and the truck intake which has the flow thru fuel system. I think one of the injectors he had was just not flowing like it should.
