I think it would be easier if you tell up what your truck weighs and how good your traction is. You will need around 500 to the wheels I would guess with slicks.

341rwhp 13.7 on street tires, and was before wieght reduction so prolly like 4,500lbs i dont know what my new hp numbers are but if i had to guess about 380 hp running a 13.1 and on nitrous just over 500hp 11.8 you should repost this thread after the feb. meet, cus theres a dyno day then the track next day :thumb:
Yep, gonna depend a lot on weight and traction. I dynoed at 422rwhp and managed an 8.19 in the 1/8 (which equates to roughly a 12.79 in the 1/4).
tq and rwhp numbers in sig, best time to date 12.09 which will change very soon
no idea... :)
just a smidge over 400 with gobs of tq

I dont know how fast mine is and I dont know how much power. All I can say is not enough power and not quick/fast enough.
410 hp/38x TQ = 12.19@110. now im sitting above 430 HP hoping for 11's N/A
Somewhere around 500...latest run was 12.93 @ 111. Truck weighs 5600# last time I checked.
i did 409 with the ls6 intake manifold and 226 cam.
i swapped to the 231/239 and put down 229 hp...then i added the ported fast 90mm and havent been to a dyno. dont put too much thought into dyno numbers. its all about how it does ont he track.

working on putting the LSXr car intake on now, ran into a few bugs BUT i'll get it straighted out ;)
hoping to see closer to my quest for 500 to the wheels, 480-490 i might be happy lol.. but i doubt it :(

yeah it was a typo lol. 429hp before the ported fast 90. im guessing my peak HP is around 445ish now. im stuck on the bolt ons too. i can re-do my Y pipe and pick up a little, and maybe an EWP but an aluminum 414 is looking really good right nwo.
alot deppends on setup. the right setup dialed in goes along way. reaction time,launch rpm just alot of factors to consider
only time reaction time plays a roll is when youre racing someone lol ;)
yup...ive lost index races running a better time, but my RT was crap and they crossed the line first with a slower time.
yall have some quick trucks, i'm still hopeing to hit 400 N/A with the 5.3 but i'm starting to question it lol only puting down 260/284 right now but still got the LT's/cam/heads/better CAI/LS6 intake to do
oh by the way this is with stock truck intake, and stock water pump.
they say 10-15 hp with elect. water pump and 10-15 hp with ls6,fast intakes but I disagree as I did the swap and lost HP. good luck to the op.
I have an 05 4x4 5.3 with LT's/220/220/113 cam from texas speed, CAI, Valve springs, push rods, 3200 yank, shift kit and servos, putn down 374 hp and 351 tq... If u do a good set of heads id hope you would get over 400
