A Volkswagen! Iltis that is, these little beasts were used by the Canadian military but in true Canadian Military fashion had absolutely no armor, or balls. But they will go whereever you point them and enjoy a good beating, and can be had for about 5000 in good shape.

Nope, not a joke, and there isn't room to put an LS in it. I honestly just want a simple, solid 4x4 to beat the crap out of. Jeeps are overpriced and rotted out, my brother wants to "restore" his '91 K1500 (which I drug home a 5.3 for) so whats that leave me with really buying another full size truck? Not gonna happen dont have room.

i like it... resemlbes, and probably based on , the VW thing ive been driving around this past week and i love that car!!! we beat the piss out of it, or at least i do, and dont ever do anything to it and it just keeps goin.
might not be worth 5k, unless youre talking that monopoly money you use up there, but if you could get it a little cheaper then i say go for it :thumb:
