Shoulda put the cam in before you did the swap, there's a good one in the classifieds.
What other mods do you have currently? You could just "throw a cam in your truck," but it is highly recommended to have supporting mods in place...
I put spring on it and a cold air kit and nx 150 shot and a 2800 stall so far
What type of valve springs?

i'd say with that stall go with a 224r or something close to it. really anything much bigger you would want lts, bigger inj, and any other supporting mods.
