One of my Friends past away last Sat.

He was 36 yrs young. Died of a massive heart attack? He was trying to get back into shape and put too much stress on his heart. We laid him to rest today. Peace Lance Burch.

sorry to hear this ,death is never easy nomatter the circumstances,I just buried my mom last week,exactly ten years after my dad .didnt get any easier.again sorry ,he was a young man.

Thanks friends, You never know when so be prepared. I know he went to heaven, he was a strong Christian. I know he is in a better place, but he will be missed here.
