Looking for a Z06

do you guys know anyone selling a 2000 and up z06 or a good place to find one (besides ebay) for a nice price?

The Z06 debuted in 2001. They are a FRC--one reason why they look so good. The '01s made 385 hp, while the other C5 Z06s made 405hp.

Ebay, Craigslist, Corvette forum's classifieds, etc.

02-04 ZO6 with a LS3 in it, coilovers at all four corners, big brakes, big sway bars and hit up the curvy roads!!:drool:

If you like the look, get a 2000 model, fixed roof, a lot less!!!! Fix it up and have a nice car, just something to look at.

So ya, chevy did have a fixed roof coupe in 2000, but not a z06

yeah the traditional frc was in 1999 also OR you can buy a convertible and get the hard top they look the same

I am with ya on this one. I don't need a dry sump system. I think eventually I will buy one anyway though. Gotta pay off the house first and then fix it up so it will be a while. That way they will be cheaper.

+1. I would definitely get a FRC Vette than a Z06. I would do what Allen said: Get a regular FRC Vette and mod it. :thumb:

theres a place here in North Houston its called Corvettes of Houston
Corvettes of Houston - Used Corvettes For Sale, Corvette Parts and Accessories including C5, C6, Z06 and Callaway
all they do is Corvettes also right across the freeway from them is this place called Corvettes and Classics

they have some beautiful cars there if you dont find what you're looking for in one of these shops well then you're looking for the wrong car

Damn nice cars, drove an 06 zoh last night. Squirrelly steering but fast as blue blazes! 130 mph comes before you know it. :laugh:
