I don't know which one is better and for what reasons? I have friends that have used both. But I see more people using corvette servos. Is there anything wrong with the Sonnax brand of full billet servos? I found 2nd gear for around $80 and
4th gear for around $95
I would only recommend full billets if you're running a stall converter. The Corvette servos are plenty good for general usage.
alright I think i'm going to go with a 3000 stall that's what everyone recommended for everyday use and a set of corvette servos
We have the corvette servos in stock and have numerous options for the Stall. Give me a call at the shop and I can go over them.

i would have to say the corvette one its cheaper and from all the transmission guys ive talked to say the billet one puts to much pressure on everything and even in a fully built trany they tend to break things because they put to much pressure to make it shift harder
okay I appreciate it. what about those msd coil packs? they work $800 haha
Not worth it in my opinion, for $800 bucks I'd keep the stock coils and do a cam and spring swap!
Billets work great... all the fully built tranny's have them. I pimp them on my stock v6 and they just shift firmer. If no one buys them I will put them opn my vette... my th400 doesnt need them.
my x cab ran a 11.6 at 116 mph with the corvette sevo and grined my auburn locker but my tranny kept on going. auburn pro series installed on the x cab now.

I wouldn't even think to pull a set of and try. I'm not convinced that changing to the msd for $800 is worth it unless you had to replace them anyway
to me they made a little difference but the main reason i did it was because half mine were already going out

Stock coils not only work well but they very rarely fail.
