I found it when I was searching for LSx truck swaps (my '93 S10 project).
I was google searching "hot chicks with trucks" :naughty:
my friend tim told me about it.
Googled 2006 Silverado V8 swap, almost two years ago. Still have a V6
Thru google lol
SCIV... and when I got my first tune from Allen...
riceeater or something like that told me about it from over on truckforums.com
needless to say i dont really have any reason to go over there anymore...
back when i was a badass with just gears in my truck my buddy chick (04redwt) he lurks all the time never posts but must know him now, anyways he said you should go to this site, well like 2 weeks later he asked if i went to it i said no well bout a week later i finally visited ls1truck, and now ive never left, im pretty sure he found it searching how to mod newer trucks.

Was looking at diffrent sites before i bought my yukon and went to go to performancetrucks (one intertwined with ls1tech) and typed in ls1truck on mistake and ended up here.i guess it was fate! :p i hardly ever go on that site anymore.

I saw it written in a bathroom stall in Iraq...but there was real piss on the wall with a ford symbol below it. No, on a serious note, STS advertized it on their website.
was tracking down a POS wiring harness builder that had my harness to rewire to my truck. Contracted the work through ebay and sent harness and pcm to him then didn't hear from him for many months, found him here. :grr: I liked the small community here so I stayed and learned what I could. :thumb:

Before I joined or even knew about the site I bought my efan harness from NP after I read a link at denalitrucks.com. It wasn't 'til later that I found out about the forum at the place and thing that someone else will tell....or not. :lol:

When I first bought my 2004 ecsb with a 4.8... I wanted to make it loud and fast. Did some learning and found out about the similarities between the truck and car ''ls1'' motors. Did a search on Ls1 truck performance, and low and behold, I found it.
Sierra SS told me about this site, he said that the people are real nice and they are level headed. I am glad he told me about it, maybe I can learn a thing or to about performance.
i passed by the shop a couple times and saw Turbo Mic truck outside.
ya, as i was getting a tune for my sts kit as Allen Nelson was telling me i would out grow the sts soon... and would need a font mount....and i told him i dont think so.....lol.... he told me to check out ls1truck.com.... said i would... funny how boost progresses.... glad to be here tho, great site......:dancenana:
