408 im kinda lost on that
a stroker kit, a 4.000'' stroke and a 4.030'' bore. A 6.0 bored .030 over with a stroker crank installed.
i hear HKE builds one if not the best 408 strokers there is, and there located in houston, i'll getting one from them soon enough, well the short block anyway :)

be sure you get a guarantee that he builds it personally. I've got a nice one now but been through two worthless builds. One may have been due to a bad block but the other was due to a terrible assembly by one of his workers.

how much do you think i could build one for
Are you going to do the work yourself or have a machine shop do it? If the latter, then it depends on how much the shop is going to charge you to bore the block and put a new crank in it. Otherwise if you do it yourself, and you have the right tools, you're still looking at the cost of boring the motor, and you can buy the crank yourself and install it.
i have a buddy with a shop that would bore it cheap but everthing els my self
