Goin to the track tomorrow, make your guesses as to my 1/4 et. and mph and win a prize (Disclaimer: prize mentioned is not so much a prize as it is a figment of the winner's imagination.)

The Truck : RCSB 4.3 5speed 3.23 G80, factory 245/70/17's, and I've about mastered getting it to hook.

The Track: Toronto motorsports park, elevation: 600ft, pretty quick track. Sticky stuff to the 1/8 mark (not that I'll need it out that far.) Temperature is 9 degrees Celsius (supposed to be anyway)

My guess is 16.99@80

I am going to agree with Jeff, and say mid 16s

whoever picked the slowest time won, found out the 3500 is no racing tranny and i need a lot more practice.

W I D E R A T I O manual shift trans in a truck chassis that includes a 9' shift lever. Don't feel bad dude....feel good on how "fast" others said it would be.

at least I got to eat some rice anyway (makes them look even worse), and nathan your right, 1st and 2nd gear it pulls decent but as soon i hit 3rd it actually bogs
