The Weekend Project

Well shes naked i began taking her apart wednesday night. Then a storm front came threw so it got cold and i moved the bike into the front room. I dont recommend reving it to 15k when your wife is sleeping. She didnt find it nearly as funny as i did. I went to the paint store got the best products IMO ppg and im starting prep this morning. I dont want to give to many details because i will post pics as we are doing it all this week Here are a few so far

did a crap load of sanding and they are ready for paint. Still more to come

Nice paint booth...

Tinted the head lamp lightly and the tails. Had issues with the windscreen and rear side markers taking paint. hiccupps are expected. 3 coats of base 2 heavy coats of clear. The blue shows up for the camera because of the flash but its a ghost flake. We did go a little heavier than my truck on the flake. Tomorrow we will wet sand and polish and it will have a show quality finish. and if any retard leans on my bike they will be instanly back handed :lol:

im pissed my camera died and i can find the charger i was able to snap on pic off before it shut down. Im gonna by a new charger tomorrow and get more pics. Also im buying a tinted wind screen tomorrow that one is trash
