well, i just went ahead and put a y pipe and made it exit right before the tire, so i dont have anywhere to put one anymore. and now that ive got it all done, it wouldnt have fit anyways...

I've got a little Lincoln MIG welder, model 100, 110v system I use and it can do some serious welding for only a 110v unit. If you have a 20 amp plug and a good extension cord you can weld 1/2" plate though they only recommend 5/16".
