paint some trim pieces body colour, an escalade cluster, led's (not additional just replace whats in there), katzkin seat covers if you really wanna get into it and just keep it clean and presentable. if it involves 3m tape don't do it
Floor console if you don't already have one. Check them out Truck Accessories | Pickup Truck Accessories & Truck Performance Parts | Stylin' Trucks Thyve got a lot of different stuff for the interior.
I already have a Denali cluster and full center console. I have started doin the L.E.D. conversion.
Any other suggestions?
are you doin the LED conversion? i need my AC controls changed out
Ive started but when I did my a/c controls not all of my lights lit up. So I just tossed in a stock one that I had lying around. Im hopin to finish sometime soon.
let me know how it goes.. i want blue LEDs in mine, but im not confident enuff to fix it
if your gonna paint anything smooth it first, dont just paint it, looks like crap i know from expieriance.
smooth it with what? body filler?
just sand it down smooth and throw some good primer coats to cover the swirls... dont use anything too rough and take ur time... the prep is gonna set the tone for the finish...
stuff like the a pillars and dash trim just need a scuff and some high build primer to smooth them, if you do the entire dash it'll need smoothed down quite a bit
Interior LEDs..

man that black and silver is awesome
doin that to mine for sure
I run from painted interior pieces but that's just my opinion....
mine's all grey, so I think a little bit of contrast is good, as far as the whole smoothed and painted dash not so much, looks good but not my style
I couldn't have it in my truck but I think it looks damn good from the pics. You did a good job on those trucks man.
hey daniel ill be gettin ahold of you soon to get some interior work done.
you can do that if you wont to be sanding for days just prime it thin sand it with 320 again with 1000 and again with 1400 and paint it and clear it
The cheapest and best interior mod ive done is...
change every interior dash light to red LEDs. (Looks like a Pontiac)
Clear my stock cluster needles.
Cheapest and best for me was adding the footwell lights to my Denali that were first left off in 03 along with the cabin filter, the trans pan drain plug, the underhood light, the axle drain plug (rear), and maybe some other stuff....
I do a couple custom bits ehre and there, adding what upgraded factory parts I can, then just make sure it stays clean. Most people love crazy interiors, but they go out of style quick. A stock interior with little bit here and there will never be out of style.
I did some custom kick panels, equalizer mount, sub box, lower door panels, and lots of NOS parts. "Stock as sh!t" as my room mate puts it...

Your truck is obviously alot newer than mine, but my dad has an '06 and I've thought alot about ho I'd do it.
There's an insert in the lower part of your door panel where the little "side pocket" is. You could very easily remove this piece and paint it, then maybe add a graphic or logo. What I would do myself is remake it using plaxiglass then place LED's behind it, and build a top cover, then wire it into the dome light, so it comes on when you open the door.
You can do a custom speaker enclosure in the door panels as well. There's alot of them floating around with 2 sets of components in them. I'm sure that there's probably a company out there that sells a kit for it...
Match the headliner to the rest of the interior and do something with that overhead console. Maybe a cool EQ mount, or there's actually someone that makes a kit to fit a couple gauges in there.
I could go on.........
