FS: 99-08 Chevy truck 4.8/5.3 or 6.0 UPD CAI

I have some of the old UPD CAI that were being sold several years back and need to get rid of them. These kits are new and have never been used and they have new AFe air filters with them. Of the couple I have left, they are a clear or smoked lid and pipe, and black lid and carbon fiber lid with black pipe

I did some back to back dyno testing on my bone stock 2000 tahoe to see what I gained from this intake which was 15rwhp/14tq

I picked up some gas mileage also somewhere around 1-1.5mpg

Thats a nice setup...looks like good gains as well....I know Ive tried a bunch! of differant setups and my new works really good....but the others were supposed to but this one actually gained me HP! 11HP 8 TQ

I've always though UPD had the best designed CAI's.

My friend just called me from Houston he did a before and after on his UPD he picked up from me and picked up 20rwhp/20tq on his 07 Chevy. I will see if I can get him to send me his dyno graph to post up.

For the guys that have 8.1L, I have a different tube that will work with that motor.

Another friend just told me he picked up 22rwhp/25tq in his 6.0L with his UPD lid.

As much as Id like to snag one of these off of you I spent wayyy too much on my daughters bday party this weekend and have to pass.

Also I interested please let me know if you have a 01 or 02 truck/SUV because I will need to send a GM TB gasket with it because on those year models the stock one was glued to the stock air tube and can not be reused.

I noticed a gain in power in higher rpm's as well as a strong 1 mpg. My truck (otherwise stock, including exhaust) doesn't downshift nearly as often, either. I may be ordering another for my room mate's '05. I highly recommend this CAI. Free bump.

ive been thinking about getting one of these. i wonder what ever happened to the company that made these. they look way better then any other cai.

I have a UPD intake on my 99 Z-71 , works great. been on for years ,mine is starting to show its age, if you have any extra intake tubes , please let me know.
