Well I had seen everything else on the internet and this was all that was left so I got stuck here.

i saw allen post on FSC...didnt his site used to be called www.farmtruc.com ??? or something like that? 1st time i saw his post i looked around and found LotsofHP's truck on the HP salvage site with pics...

I saw a post on either FSC.com or LS1tech.com and when I got here y'all the best info on ls1 swaps, and everyone seemed real friendly so I got stuck too.

I saw Farmtruc's truck on the HP Salvage site and linked to it. Then I IMed Allen and the rest is history

I guess I'll tell ya how I came here. I seen his url in his sig on ls1tech.com. I was pissed those ppl didnt answer my question, even after 2 weeks, 200+ views, no replies. That was back in March. We e-mailed a little and then he wnated me to redo the site. So i redid it and the rest is history.

I am one of Allen's customers, that is how I found out. I have been going on this site way more than LS1tech. This site kicks ass and I hope it goes big. BTW, how come there is never anyone on chat? That would be cool if there were more people there too. I have yet to find a forum about cars/trucks where there are people chating.

lol, i guess b/c we all use aim and everyonce in awhile we'll get an aim chat together. I'm still trying to get allen to ask the server address, so i can get into the chat using IRC, b/c java + all the crap i have open for work = slow computer that crashes.

MAybe we'll set a time and day were everyone can chat.. but if all else fails, start sending a chat request to ppl via AIM, my aim sn is Slammed Illusions

I believe I saw a post on LS1.com by Allen sometime ago regarding his swap and site. This was before the new format. Being that I have always been interested in swaps and that I have a truck I checked it out and have been browsing the site ever since. Keep up the good work!

I voted for LS1tech.com b/c I think that's where I found out about this site. I don't really remember.
Love the new site though. Barely been up and there's more real info than FSC.com

Yeah I saw a post on LS!Tech.com. The guys on there are pretty cool and seem fairly relaxed. FSC.com is getting pretty anal about little stuff. I had an avatar that said "My Other Ride is Your Mom" and they took it down since it was "offensive in nature to the other members". LOL :rofl: Fuckers piss me off there.


LS1Truck has performanace and a funny and VERY relaxed atmosphere!
FSC is good for Car Audio info and Offroad stuff, thats about it.
LS1.com just sucks ass now, poor server and just SLOW.
LS1Tech is a good all around perfomace site, I like it there too.

FSC is just for bullshitting and not really discussion of truck performance, etc. Most of the guys are into audio and/or appearance, which is fine, but I'd like somewhat of an experienced answer, which there are none, when I have a problem.

I found LS1TRUCK on google while I was prospecting for car clubs on hotrodder.com Ithan I saw that one of the sponsors was local (20 miles from me) I decided to contact Allen to advertize my site. Allen charged me 846384678734648764876948673526393 pesos ($100 USD) for a 6x2 space on the top of this page. :twocents:

I searched google for street racing videos, and ended up watching some clowns ski on the pavement. It was great.

I was trying to get one of Allen's tunes through a group buy on GMfullsize.com. I linked over to this site, registered, and the rest is history.

I was looking through some LS1 pic's since my bud put an LS1 in his Porsche and came across Tallehasse Muscle cars and saw some pic's by Sleeper. I thought this looked awsome and decided right then that this is what I wanted. I was doing some more searching for his truck pics and came across LS1Truck.com This is an awsome forum and have enjoyed it ever since.

BTW, If that is the same Sleeper here on LS1 that has the teal truck, great job! If you got some pointers for my conversion feel free to emal me.

Alternative to Westers here, and it turned out to be better! Heard about Allen on Chevy Truck World and then the site from Allen when I ordered the tune.
