You can try and look here: The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network - Powered by 67-72chevytrucks.com
I know there was a thread where they talked about making some. Or contact them: http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/spons...e-headers.html and ask if they are going to make some. Welcome to the site.
I though the F-cars headers fit...? Maybe I'm thinking of another body style.
^^They should.
Check on 67-72 website linked above, great place for information.
Any more pics, that thing looks sweet!
doug thorley makes them.
sweet headers.
Or if you are on a budget you can buy a set of big block truck headers from Summit designed for the 68-72 and modify them with a set of GM LSx header flanges.
Throw in a couple 1-3/4" mandrel bends and you are still under $150 for a set of headers.
This is a popular thing to do with the third gen F-body guys since their options are limited.
Yeah, thats what I did with my OBS truck a couple years ago before there were commercially available Gen3 headers available to fit it.
Tried to contact Doug Thorley for a price can't get through to sales... Website priced at $880 for ceramic thats a little out of my price range. Modding a set of BBC headers doesnt sound like a bad idea. Appreciate all the info
WOW...Sweet truck :)
more pics please!!!
