wow..it didnt take but a few days on my stuff from them 3 or 4 times now...
both my 4L60 2-4 servo kits came from them and they were A+ on all accounts.
I deal with them all the time, never had an issue yet? sucks to hear though....
Tell me about it i placed the order on september 9th.
WTF? Have you contacted them since? Did you buy it through eBay? If so, I'd contact them...
no i bought it from their online store and i sent them an e-mail telling them what was going on and requested them to call me and that was a little over a week ago and haven't heard anything yet.
Call them up. Talking usually goes a lot further.
I had nothing but great service from them too.
whats the number i couldnt find it on the site but id say i over looked it thats why i sent an email

Ordered my parts this morning, shipped tonight. No problems.

I Ordered a Vette servo from them on their eBay store had item in hand in less than 3 days..
order show that it shipped out today..
Servos came in today.. 3 days no complaints here except for the weather; its too damn cold to go lay on the driveway...
I've bought from then several time's with out any problems. :)

how'd you pay for the parts? If a credit or bank card, dispute the charges.

I would contact your bank and dispute the charge, then.
I think there a fairly small business, and get a TON of emails. They probable just over looked your emails. Try sending them 3 emails in a row with VERY bold subject lines so it get there attention. I've seen this work before.Quote:
