You could flip that, most people don’t even care about the candidates, or what their positions are on issues. Most people on the street cannot tell you who the first president was. Or what the D.C. in Washington stands for. The same people think that George W Just came into office at the wrong time. That his administration had absolutely nothing to do with the events in the past 8 years. Also the same people who believe the world trade center was knocked down by the government. Point is, the average Joe, or Jane, shmo... is ignorant to the world’s current events.
