those are really sweet looking because they seem like they are a factory option. the only thing i wouldnt like about it is not being able to have easy access to the winch. when i wind it back up i like to make sure the cable is nice and neat and not bound up all over itself. also cleaning it might be difficult under there.
i do love the way it looks though.

I use a bolt-together 3 piece receiver hitch (I'd never trust one of those on the rear at all)I got from work for $30, cut it down and threw it on the front. Works great! I was worried it was gonna hang down too much and catch on everything but its actually higher than my factory tow hooks.
