looks good. i would escalade out the handles, and peel the molding. also if you paint the lower valence semi gloss black you would be surprised how much less bulky it makes the front bumper look. its a weird grey color factory. i like the rims.

+1 I would say try to stay away from the rockstars, just cause how over used they are. Just my :twocents: But the tuck looks good.

i like the molding tho....it makes me sepcial...i rarely see the full bullet all the way to the rear wheels...thats just me tho. i do want to do something with the handles too...
i was also thinking about painting the chrome piece around the grill and lights all white....not too sure if i will like it tho...i have seen where its been painted just between the lights but never the entire thing.
any suggestions or pics of it?

i dunno...i like them but i dont...i saw this sick set in truckin like 1 or 2 issues ago that were kmc's but they werent the rockstars and im thinking about them too.

i am changing wheels just cause I saw 3 sets here in SA but they weren't 22's. Maybe look into the monster KMC or the American Racing ATX series. I just don't like to see my stuff on other trucks.

im the same way. i dunno ive just loved the look of the rockstars...maybe its cuz i see hardly anyone out here with em but who knows.
ill find something to throw on her.
im thinking about just leaving the current ones and just getting em powercoated black. im not sure what to do next

But just a few things...debadge it, put 03-07 Classic Chevy tails on it, clear out the fronts, put a billet grille up front/or a Bentley Mesh, and get some center caps!

those are all good things...
i was planning on getting the 03-07 tails and black em out
the fronts...blacking them out too so no clears..
debagging it??? would that still be fine to do if im going to lift it 6"??
and the grill....im thinking about getting a billet and painting it the factory metallic red...i want to use red accecents all over the place...and paint the chrome trim on the entire front end white...what you think?

Yeah, smoke the rear lights, but not the front. It would look like...well--just go look in the mirror. It would look crappy like that.
Yes, debadge it. Take off the stuff on the tailgate, and the SLT on the C-pillar. I would leave the chrome door trim if you wanna. But LEAVE the Z71 sticker on it. A billet grille looks awesome on a GMC. I guess you could spray the stock grille red with a billet overlay...

Why leave the sticker on?? I want to get the whole truck painted eventually so if I take them off I can always have them put new ones on when it gets paing. I am deffinitely going to do the rears, and it has to be 03-07 lights, but I have decided against doing the fronts...I think im going to do the parking lights tho...havent made up my mind. I was thinking just cutting out the stock grill and doing the billet but painting it red. Theres a newbie that has his color matched...its a stock grill but its still the color i want...and thats what i was thinking about doing to a new billet one...I saw it on a black Range Rover a while back, everything was black, minus the grill and rims, both red. I thought it looked f*****g sick! Again thats just me tho

Not quite.
I just thought of something else I wanted to see.....the door handles and the mirrors color matched. If you can that is. And I still wanna see white rims.

Im thinking about just turning the t-bars for now cuz I have plans for a 6in lift in the future...I dont know if i shoud do a gloss black or flat black????
