I'd call around and see if you could find a garage with an injector cleaner. There are some places that will sell you an exchanged set that are clean and flow matched for a decent price.
I doubt that I live in BFE but I may do a little research and see what I can pull up...
Put them back in and run a can of SEAFOAM through your system. Highly recommended on LS1tech.com. I did it and my car smoked for about 15 minutes as they junk was cleaned out...this was cleaner sucked into the brake booster port. You can also just put it in your gas tank to clean the injectors and cylindrers. I wanted a clean intake tract as well.

I've heard of Seafoam screwing up O2's as well.

I use seafoam all the time and have never ran into any problems. Seafoam is O2 safe, if done correctly.
In reponse to the naysayers let just recommend doing it the RIGHT way and run a BG intake/fuel injetor cleaner kit through it. This is the AT HOME size kit that is comparable to what the dealership use. (They use a BIGGER more EXPENSIVE unit.) You wanna play you gotta pay.
Get the following:
BG Inject-A-Flush Apparatus PN# 908H & 908T
BG Inject-A-Flush Injector Cleaner PN# 408
BG Throttle Body & Intake Cleaner PN# 406
*whispers* carb cleaner...works wonders for like $2 a can....*end whispering*

Just to clarify, seafoam is not just sucked down a vacuum line. The seafoam treatment is done by sucking some down a main vacuum line to clean the combustion chambers, used in the oil to clean oil passages and remove gunk, and in the fuel tank to clean the entire fueling system.
Since you have the injectors out use carb cleaner, way cheaper than seafoam!
