Testing the waters to sell the 86 Silverado with a LS1 and 4L60E. Looking to trade for a cool old hot rod or ?????? something interesting. Ideas in my head are LS powered 60-64 Impala or 67-73 Camaro or 66-70 Chevelle or????? You get the picture. I'm open to any trades or partial trades. Or an outright sale is always cool. What ya got??

I need something with a back seat and not as nice. We have 2 baby seats now and this truck turned out way too slick for me and my 2 year old helper. He scares me every time he picks up a screwdriver. He wants to do everything daddy does. Not a good place to keep a truck this nice.Quote:

Guys I am going to lower my price to try to go ahead and move the Silverado. I am advertising it for $22,500.
It hurts my pride :(to loose 2 years and about 10K on a truck this nice but in economic times like this, "change", that's what you have to do.
The truck is doing great! I won my class at Super Chevy with it. It has over 1000 miles on it now with no problems. So if anybody wants a deal on a nice Corvette inspired Silverado.....
Keep it your not going to find anything as nice for the price....
The Silverado is on the market again. Still works and looks great. 5000 miles since the swap so very little road rash. Paint is holding up great and I couldnt be happier with the LS1/4L60E. Great combination in a truck. Here are the ads. Thanks!
