Nelson Perfomance deserves another thread

I noticed the other threads about Nelson are people who got engine swaps, turbos, and transmissions installed. I want to add that the small customers get treated with the same respect. I have dealt with Melissa from day one and the customer service has been stellar!

My tune came in a couple weeks ago and now my truck is amazing to drive. It not only impressed me but my friends and even my mother! :) Dropping from OD to 3rd feels more powerful then dropping from 2 to 1 used to. The shifts are perfect, the hesitation gone.

Now, I am ordering E-Fans and Melissa keeps answering my questions faster than I can type them.

They do good work. I love the way my truck runs now that Allen put the new fuel system in. I'm waiting to take it to the track when I have a little more time.

Same here, Grade A service, I cant say enough about how awesome they are.

all i can says is thanks....i have dealt with melissa all the way through on everything i have from nelsons....4-5 trucks ive had them tune!!:thumb:

Just to add another experience to the thread. Sent out my PCM for a re-tune on Monday morning and recieved it back Wednesday afternoon. Talk about exceeding customer expectation!

I think they did something to my gas pedal last time my truck was there, it's always stuck to the floorboard now.:burnrub:

Let me add another thanks to nelson. It's the first time i've ever had anything done to my truck that I didn't do myself and the were awesome. They answered all my questions and helped me out with plenty off suggestions. I will definitly be going back for more things!

**** waite until you get a custom dyno tune or street tune from him ( if posible) dont get me wrong his mail orders are awesome, but if the truck is in his hands its a whole new world of experience!!!!!

New her and didn't realize that Nelson was from SA. I have family there and go from time to time. Looks like I will be getting my tune from them on these two projects I am doing.
