If I walk away from my desk for a few minutes, when I come back, I am logged out. Is there a way to remove the automatic logout, or lengthen the time?

The only thing I really know about cookies is that they are best when still warm from the oven.
With milk!!!:tacos:
oooohhhhh..............milk!!:spit:
what OS are you using?
Windows XP Professional
go to control panel then display then screensaver then power settings, change the monitor settings or whichever cant remember, if your computer is set for hibernation it will auto log out also.
open up your browser, i assume your using IE, go to tools, internet options, click on the privacy tab, the sites button, then add the site ls1truck.com and click allow. you may have some virus scanner or something that keeps deleting your cookies. several tools like adaware will list cookies as tracking devices also. you may have to disable some crap you might be running.
I did this, and it happened again. Maybe I didn't explain well enough. When I come back to the computer, the website is still up. But when I click on a thread to reply, or whatever, I get a prompt that says I am not logged in. So I then enter my username and password again so I can post. I log into this site sometimes 20 times per day.
okay try this
clear all cookies, tools, internet options, general tab, delete temp internet files, then click on settings, and make sure you have like 50 to 250 mb for cookies and like 20 days to keep pages in history.
if that doesnt solve it something is not letting you store cookies on the comp very long. do you have norton or something?
You know I actually got certified for this kind of stuff a couple years ago but i forgot almost everything. shows what drinking gets you... laid.
