I went to jail, but did not get ticketed for anything. I was thrown in the drunk tank (detox) for 12 hours to sober up. The guys who started the fight got PI charges.
My friend was apparently dancing/talking to some dude's chick. The B/F of the girl came up and got in my friend's face who told him, "I can't help it if you can't control your girl." Well, the guy didn't like that and then they started the whole pushing thing. I saw all of this unfold and slowly set my drink on the table and got ready to throw some hands. I stayed out of it because it was just my friend and the other guy...then the other guy's friends (2 of them) went after my friend...and then is when the show started. I pushed one of the 2 guys off my friend--and then the second friend swung at me--bad idea. I ducked and came back up with a decent right hand upper cut to the face which knocked him down. Right after that, I got grabbed and everyone got split up. My right hand hurt pretty bad up till about a couple days ago. I didn't break or sprain anything--just bruised my hand pretty good on some dude's face. It felt pretty good though... :devil:
I really can't say "we won the fight" because it never got to the point to where we could finish it. I got a good hit in and that is about it. We then were pleasantly couriered (NOT) to the FW jail where I go to spend the night sobering up. I was released around 1:30 or so on Saturday afternoon.
AND THERE WAS NO DROPPING OF THE SOAP cause I didn't go into the shower. And like I have said 1,000X before, I stayed up all night, didn't talk to anyone and kept my back to the wall at all times.
Hitting people in the face? More like grabbing guys asses and crotches thinking they wouldnt notice because they were all fired up.Quote:

I didn't get arrested! I was detained by the local authorities for a few hours... :)
