Worst comes to worst you can have him arrested for fraud and felony theft across state lines. Contact the District Attorney in his area if he doesn't make good the transaction. Have copies of the payment form you used to confirm that he cashed the payment. In the future, only use credit cards or Paypal to pay for items bought on the net. There are too many crooks in the world hiding behind a computer screen to deal in cash type transactions. Cover your tail.

i goggled his name, found a few things, he has registered on other truck forums. and has that zex kit for sale on there too. didn't see anything to fishy.
The truck he has for sale, I wonder if he really has one. he's probably a Mustang owner that got beat too many times by big heavy trucks and now he's trying to beat truck owners, out of money, the only thing he can do and win. :laugh: Too bad he has to cheat to win but he'll lose in the long run. :thumbdown:

File a police report where you live and contact the DA in his state / county.
im gonna throw this out there as another site owner and admin of 2 sites, but we need to come together on this and share information so that when 1 IP is used for illegal reasons, all the boards know about it then and not when he screws someone else. there is no for sure way to block this from happening but the harder we work together the harder it is for crooks like this douche to get away with stuff like this. pm me if interested in setting up a crime stoppers deal so everyone but the crook benefits!

ill keep an eye out, but the best way to stop this from an admin POV is to have IP addresses spread around to other admins so that we can block them before something happens in the first place.
