My truck has shorty headers and true dual exhaust. I beleave my cats are cloged. I was unshure on what to replace them with. I want to have the moast power i can and still pass emmistions. ( its due ) I really want something better than stock since my truck only has 63k on it.:doofus:

Magnaflow spun cats. I think they flow the best out of all I have seen. I am going to run the 3 inch on mine and have the e cut out for race time.

Make sure you don't throw those old converters away, they are worth some money. I'm fixing to sell two used cats off a 98 LS1 for $145. Jusy FYI

LS1tech.com There are several guys buying converters for the platinum in them. I think the ls1 converters are a little higher, but all GM LSx converters are worth more than most I think. Just do a search and ask them what they will give you for what you got?Quote:
