I live in Leander and work at north lake travis fire. Its in jonestown/lago vista/leander.
o ok.. are there any car shows up there?? i know of that bike shop on 620 and i always see hot rods in that part of town. in rr we have one at the old albertsons mostly corvettes. once my truck done with the motor swap ill go up to temple or waco for the show :)Quote:

I bet with a tune youll run high 13's low 14's with what you allready have to the wheels, itl be over 300hp to the wheels
yea i already talked to jonathan if i about getting it cammed and tuned but if i could sell my hypercrap to some dooche bag i would get the tune now, yea i should be at least 300hp i had it dynoed like 4 days after i got it and it was bone stock and i had 267 to the wheels and apparently thats alot for a stock 5.3 i thought it was low but everyone says thats high. but maybe i can get it tuned before everyone meets up.
mail order a tune, or if ya got the time when we meet drive a little farther south and get a live tune. OR I hear there is a place in dallas that tunes. get one on the way back. I cant say anything about them because I dont have personal experience, but nelson performance is definatly a great tune.
yea theres a place in okc too but i think im gonna go with nelson they seem to know what the hell they are doing. As soon as i sell my hypercrap or my pool table its getting tuned.

i have to work this friday... I wish i could go. Also us austin guys need to have a meet and see some faces and shoot some sheet. I say a friday or saturday night would be best. at a mall like lakeline or tinsletown theatre. Shoot some idea's guys.

I used to work at Building Services, which took care of all COA fire and ems facilities, cordinating improvements and upgrades to stations. Didn't like the boss. Now I do the same thing at Austin Water (Finance department) no more fire or ems stations to deal with.:thumb:
