I will also be selling my Pacesetter longtube ceramic coated headers and Offroad y-pipe and Tci 3000 stall converter once i put my stock stuff back... I will be posting those on this thread later on once i'm able to get a picture of them for you to look at....

Just for reference i'm located in hurst, tx 76054....

Everything is in pending status except for the stall converter and headlights, and turn signals....

I will begin the tear down sometime this weekend so some of you will be receiving a pm back letting you know its ready for you to it pickup....

The Tci 3000 street fighter converter it will bolt up to a 4l60E... I've had it flash 3200 at the track..

I'm asking $250.... Havent had a problem with it and nothing wrong with it.... paid $565 new from jegs.. It's still on the truck and that might take me an extra week or so to uninstall.....

wish i could stay with a chevy.....but unfortunately, the aftermarket companys wont work on research and development for new performance aftermarket parts for the ls4 motors....

its rather sad.... theres only a few things available for the ls4...:( they dont even have a header made for the motor on the market yet.... Thats bogus :bsflag: if you ask me...

just go take it. Not like he needs it any more. Btw Hold on the headers. If my truck is totalled i wont need them.

I'm sorry to do this to you guys but I'm going to hold off on parting anything out at this moment of time. Talked to alot of my friends and family and we think we found out the problem to my truck at the track..... there is only one way to prove the theory out right and i'm going to have to try it and find out by troubleshooting it and taking there advice.

Can someone please cancel this thread... .I'm going to do a gear swap and try to see if thats going help the situation out... Again, I highly regret doing this to you guys but if it works then i might be keeping my truck.. Sorry if I may have caused a problem with you all... I wasnt thinking at the time and was highly upset wanting to get away from the whole projec. Buying close to $500 in track tires and running slower then my fastest time not getting my moneys worth i think you can see where i was coming from... Again, my sincere apology goes out to all of you who had interest in the parts....please dont think negative of me... If admin. could please cancel this thread it would be appericated...

cool. yeah i don't blame you at all.

yeah the situation was that i bought smaller 26" slicks and when i went to the track having 4.10 gears ..with that combo i was already in 3rd gear before the 330 mark which pretty much killed my time at the track best i was able to do was a 9.69... I was running a much taller tire when i ran a 9.5... so we think if we go with a gear swap from 4.10s to 3.73 and use the 26" slicks we'll be right at the gear ratio we are wanting to be in... only one way to really find out. So trucks going into the shop probably next week.

get rid of the 22s when you're at the track. Weigh one of those tires on the bathroom scale then weigh a stock tire and wheel. That's a lot of mass to get rolling.

yeah, thats what we are going to do next time take the fronts off and run the 17's.. we still havent actually done that before so we think with the lighter weight it will be a added advantage at getting closer to a lower ET even though the 17's tires are a inch taller then the diameter of the entire 22.
