i upped my boost ?
well i decided i was going too push it a little more ,i went from a 3.33 pulley to a 2.87 pulley nice difference in power.actually SWEET.:D NOW .what i didnt realize is now i have more backpressure and when im on the highway at 80-90 mph i seem too be feeling backpressure and i never did before, when i go too slow down i feel it bigtime .is this something too worry about ,if so how do i treat it?im pretty sure its normal when adding compression .do they make a blow off valve or something like that.any precautions or info would be appreciated.o im also obviously seeing higher intake temps.is this a major concern what are considered adequate ,safe iats at cruising speed or even in town with this kind of boost?thanks.am i damaging anything ?

C,mon Are Ya Kidding Me ,i Thiught I Was Going To Bed Early!all The Guys On Tonight.lol

You can put a blow off valve in the intake pressure tube if you want to guaranty that you don't overboost. Did you adjust the tune for the added boost? Are you monitoring knock? Are you watching the AFR since the change? Gotta be careful with the added boost.

thanks red ya ive been monitoring, everything,

I think Red covered it...

well, i have a procharger and a it had a bypass valve with the kit but i replaced it with a turbo xs RFL and its VERY loud but it does release the boost when i let off the throttle. you REALLY HEAR it. scares the hell outta people. you could possible get a recirculated valve from an aftermarket company

ya i think thats probly what ill have too look for ,i dont want a rediculous sounding blowoff, now i just have to find one .tanks any suggestions for aftermarket recirc valve or something that might not be noisy?

What does back pressure feel like?
-
like youre geared too the asswhen you let off the gas pedal like 4.56s or something and youre exhaust rumbles.kinda feels like youre puttingonthe brakes ,it slows you down ,and stretches youre rods.
-
I would describe that as engine braking.
