Try calling Cam Motion, talk to Kip or Terry. Then you get a completly custom cam for the same price. :thumb:
BTW from what I understand they consistantly make more power "under the curve" tjan any others.

if you want crane, check those out... vinci grinds cams for trucks.. i have the VHP 44 cam;)

well it comes down to the comp cam listed above or this Lunati the one above is the wrong one i copied the wrong link .. i think im gonna go with the Lunati though for the price.. found one for 300 bucks and the pushrods are $114... them comps are so damn expensive plus i need 1.5 rockers with the comp $$$ plush pushrods.... i wann get this in before winter hits and i have the $$ for the lunati

1.5 rockers? Stock ratio is 1.7. Why would you shorten the ratio? I run comp cams and use the stock 1.7s without issue.
-
Valve Lift w/1.5 Rockers: .525'' Intake / .532'' Exhaust ... so your sayin i wouldnt need to change em well thats good.. i still think im goin w9ith the lunati
-
im guessing you want 1.5's so you dont have to high of lift on stock springs?
Your best bet is to find ls6 springs used on tech or somewhere and slap those on since they hold .550 lift I believe(its 2-3 different color ones for different lifts)
but putting 1.5's on to keep the lift down so the stock springs work is cancelling out even doing a cam
if thats the case, get a custom grind cam with low lift and keep the stock rockers:-P
i wanted to put 1.8's on mine but my springs only hold .550 and im at .531 now

You can buy brand new Z06 springs from SDPC2000.com for $60. Why buy used when new is about the same price? Under .550" lift is tame. If you put 1.5 ratio rockers on a cam designed for 1.7s you are going to lose lift. You probably should check with Lunati to verify you use your stock 1.7s or 1.5s. 1.5s are usually stock ratio for the OBS engines if I remember correctly.

You can go higher than 550 lift with ls6 springs, i have the yellow and i believe they are just a tad higher, I'll have to look that one up. I am switching to 1.85 rockers for a tad more lift on my LS6 cam and will be able to use my stock ls6 springs.

chris, i have the yellow stripes also and I thought the limit was .550
maybe ill start looking for some 1.8's now:)
a friend was told to get 1.5's I think for his 216/220 cam and his truck sounded like a diesiel.. needless to say he didnt drive 5miles and decided to put 1.6's back in
