Bought a 73 Nova SS
As the title states, its pretty rough, has some rust all the glass is good, no motor or trans. Its gonna take awhile but a frame up build doesnt scare me hahah. The 73 isnt the most desirable style, cus thats when the front changed a little, but I dont care ive wanted to build a nova my whole life, and I wasnt passing this up. Im picking it up saturday so ill post pics of it then, its about 3 1/2 hours away, ive got a bunch of ideas, already picked out a color, will be LS powered, just wondering if I should bother with a manual 6 speed or a t400, this stuff is a long way off but I gotta start the ball rolling. Gonna need a dual car trailer, to bring 2 rides to the track

Yea man, its gonna be years, but itll be worth it in the end.

Sweetness, I would definitely go auto in case you ever decided to bracket race. T400 or Glide FTW
-
Ill never bracket race, not my style, heads up run what you brung, its the only way I know how to run
-
In that case 6 speed for the most fun. Around here all they do at the Paris dragstrip is bracket race. Can't even run test n tune with out getting pestered for a dial in.

Th400 or a glide. 6speeds are for impressing high school kids

If you're wanting to run big tires in the back, I know where there's a 9" with ladders you could prolly get for a good price. Came out of the murder nova

Novas are my favorate car. When I was little dad had a 74 SS so the bodystyle fits me better than others. I want a 64 though.
You keeping it streetable?
