Full slick on the street
Iv seen some guys running a full slick on the street. How well does it hook? Wouldnt that cause them to wear alot faster? I ask because my dr's arnt hooking and are wore out. I have some business I wanna take care of this weekend but it isn't worth ruining a set of tires over

Its illegal so don't get caught. If u are just doing it this weekend you should be fine. Just don't take fast turns or do any powerslides bc the sidewall is not designed for that

If you continue to drive on the street with slicks, they will wear out quickly. A few times won't hurt.
Unfortunately, a slick needs to get hot and sticky just like it needs to on the track.
They will not hook well if you don't heat them up.
Plus you risk getting a flat.

they arent made for handling, but i drove around for a long time on a set of slicks and loved it. never got in trouble for it though it is illegal. and they hooked pretty well considering i had bone stock suspension and factory leafs.

It'll be trailered there unloaded. Ran 2/3 times and loaded and brought home. No turns or road courses.

Just get u some pimp juice and heat them up u b fine I think

Shouldn't hurt them on the street a few times but they probably wont hook up that good
