Ok I'm calling it done. I really enjoyed the process. This was my first swap using a GM product I am usually a Ford guy but I must say this swap was easier than I expected. Well anyhow thanks for all the help from everyone on this site that helped with replies to my questions. Thanks to Allen for his help he always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. Everything is working correctly just have to hook up the tach. It hauls A$$ we'll need rear tires soon .. lol :lol: . Fly by wire isn't as bad as everyone has made it out to be ( other sites ) actually I prefer is over a cable cuz the cruise is way easier to hook up no cable lengths to screw with ect... I got the tow/haul working had to wire in the origiinal body control module from the 04 truck. Allen's hot rod tune for 7 octane is great no ping just a lot of power. Shift linkage was easier than first thought. The speedo is 5mph off but Allen is taking care of that soon. Ok ... here are the before and afters... let me know what you think.

Thanks guys for all the compliments I really appreciate it. :hshake: We were going for the "factory" look. Basically everything under the hood now with the exception of the master cyl and booster is 2004 Chevy Silverado... everything.
Vortec383 ... yes the frame was notched on this one to clear the A/C compressor. It took me a full day at the A/C shop to build and tig up all the A/C lines for it. The notching of the frame is easier than getting the hoses to work... lol. Note about notching the frame.... It's not for the novice. If you don't have access to someone who can build custom a/c hoses it'll be your worse nightmare. It is a very tight fit down there.

Beautifull swap job! Very professional looking. Question? Did you have the anti-lock brake module & wiring to contend with? If so, does it tie into the engines computer in any way, or is it a separate system on its own? Thanks, Gar
