So one of my rims showed up today and there is 2 rings about the same diameter of a CD one is green one is black does anyone know what the hell they are for thanks.

I work at discount tire. Almost every after market wheel will have those hub centric rings. I'd run them if you have them. Some ppl will get lucky and not get vibrations with out them. But we have more ppl come back to use because of vibrations, because they didn't use them. That's just my .02
