I am in Lagrange Ga. It wont fit your 5.3. It is for the drive by wire instead of drive by cable. It has a little electric motor inside that operates it instead if a cable and spring.

If it is a 03-05 Silverado 4.8,5.3 or 6.0L it is fly by wire and it will fit if it has the cathy ports....

What size injectors?

let me know about the throttle body gm 87mm what is that off of. new price what is it im in cali and really want the body let me know?

Is it plug and play with the truck Trottle Body Plug. OR do you have to buy an adapter.
