almost had him hahahah
There were 6 or 7 other trucks running that day, and they always lined me up against a 10 sec camaro, or 11 sec chevelle. I did beat a 2008 Mustang to the 1/8, but he came around me at the 1/4.
You never had him and you never had your truck
I live my life one quarter mile at a time.
What was your best time?
14.30 at 91 mph.
you should get it updated
Allllmost! But second is the first place loser Ricky Bobby J/K. Nice time... What's the altitude at that track and DA for the day? You run in 4wd/awd?
I ran in 4x4, tried to shift out after the second gear shift, but I could tell it was still in 4x4. After shifting into 3rd gear, it stopped accelerating hard. I tried a run in 2 wheel drive and couldn't get traction. Pedalled it to almost half-track, got a 15.4 at 90 mph. Dunno about the DA, according to this article, LAPD Pro Mod Team At Alaska Raceway Park (ARP) - North To The Future - Super Chevy Magazine , altitude is 62 feet above sea level.
How is DA calculated, and where would it be posted at the track? It's not anywhere on my time slips.
BTW, my truck weighs 5750 pounds with me in it.
That track looks sticky from the pics..
Probably is with the right driver. lol.
1/2 throttle off the line in 2 wheel drive didn't work. I was on street tires, not drag radials or slicks. I'm looking for some 28" slicks for 16" wheels.
