Coming to Ft. Worth/Dallas weekend of June 5th

Im coming up there to pick up a LQ4 for my Z71 in eastern Dallas and looking to do a little partying. My roomate is coming with me, and we will be up there friday night around 8ish. We are planning on going to Billy Bobs but what night is the best night fri/sat? Tyler you game? Any other places of interest? Im not really into the night club stuff, Im more of a country person so country bars/pool halls are cool. We are going to make it a weekend thing so during the day saturday Im going to pick up the motor then we'll have the rest of the day free to do whatever. If anyone is bored Ive got a 60e that needs a shift kit and servo installed, if anyone wants to help with that, of course it will be out of the truck. Where is a good place to stay, I dont really want to spend a bunch of money on a hotel so cheap is good, or if someone has some couches for rent, that could be a possiblity too. :)

billy bobs is nice and if your in that area you might as well hit some of the other bars in the stockyards...

WERD Cody! Hmmmm...I am going to the George Strait concert at the new Cowboys Stadium on the 6th, so maybe we could hang out Friday? I am sure I could help out with the shift kit and whatnot on Sat. or Sun. too.

As for Country bars and stuff, Billy Bobs is cool, plus anything in the Stockyards of Fort Worth. Good times indeed. Give me a call of PM and let me know.

Nope same one, my Dad decided he wanted it. Im a chip off the ole block so to speak, my dad drives nothing that is completely stock so.... Im putting an LQ4 with an LS6 cam in it, TB stall and if I have time before I leave a radix. Once I get back it'll get headers and a quiet(probably corsa touring) exhaust. All of this just to tow his Jeep that built for him out to the deer lease.:LOL:
