Worst comes to worst you can have him arrested for fraud and felony theft across state lines. Contact the District Attorney in his area if he doesn't make good the transaction. Have copies of the payment form you used to confirm that he cashed the payment. In the future, only use credit cards or Paypal to pay for items bought on the net. There are too many crooks in the world hiding behind a computer screen to deal in cash type transactions. Cover your tail.

Greg, can we ban this guy? The site is growing and alot of newbie don't know about him, so it will just happen again.
