Went to Kennedale today. Put the slicks on and ran 7.76 @ 89.11 first pass with a 1.81 60ft. Ran a couple more hitting the rev limiter; 7.8's.
Tried leaving a little different and ran 7.62 @ 89.85 with a 1.73 60ft. That was the fastest of the day and ran a little over 90mph on a later pass.
I'm very pleased with my truck. That is 11.97 in the 1/4.

Damn, what did you do to it to bring it to life? I thought you were going to run NOS today?
I did, but it was only a 100 shot.
I just needed to try a few different things; shifting manually or let just put it in "D" and off idle or stall it a little.
Not bad for a sub 9:1 motor.
That's a great run. Wasn't that STSsil.'s old motor. Good time!

yes, it was Brandons. no turbo and different small cam.
If I keep it, it will have a turbo on it again.

Running to the fridge for a cold one, that's about as far as I can run. :D Too fat to run much further than that.
