i agree with all but the power loss thing on superchargers. thats really only relevant in much larger blowers, a small Whipple draws something like 3hp, its really no big deal. i think the only valid argument would be heat. superchargers do produce more heat.
another thing ppl dont factor in with a supercharger is how much strain it puts on the Thrush bearing.. i dont like how it pulls on hte crank as it does. granted this is more on a Centrif blower
its rare youl have problems with that. i don't know about centrifugals though.
Im gettng rid of the 112radix as soon as get it back from the shop.

Read my Lips... I love my turbo truck... You start talking about turbos and FI in Pro mod or anymore more then that i need to step in.... A top fuel car has two pumps that flow over 85 GALLONS PER MIN EACH !!... 3 Years ago Turbos were Allowed in Pro mod.... Mike Moran was the first person to enter pro mod with a turbo car... It took him over a year and I will bet 100,000 to fix all the Stuff he Broke and tore up in a single day ! Including Blowing the Charge tube threw the Hood and windsheild at the starting line to end his day after 2 trans and a motor.......
