Thanks. I know that you said yours is cracking a little bit at the bottom, but your putting a LOT more power down than you used to. But the cracks usually stop before you can see them unless you are lying under the truck.

wow sweet ill be book marking this page for sure thanks for the pics! makes more sense now! you do a real nice job.
nice! when i got my hood painted they used a room that looked like that, and it came out ok but the color is brighter then the rest of the truck i guess because that paint is older.
Nevermind. I just looked in your profile. When you spray a real high metallic color anything can change it, himidity, static electicity in the metal from sanding. All sorts of stuff like that. When I spray a color like yours i ALWAYS do spray out cards and tint the paint if it doesnt match. I promise i can match your paint, just might take me a while! haha :(
Yeah mine is cracking. but it did it within the first month. Then it stopped. Plus me dragging the ass end when I pull into my driveway doesnt help either.
its called DK COPPER MT
aka dark copper metallic i have seen 2 other trucks with this color and neither of them were taken care of.
here is the paint in 2005

Rick--your truck is going to be badass once the 6.0L goes in... It will finally be able to back up the go-fast looks. And it will also sound A LOT better too! Just make sure to AT LEAST do the 2" leveling shackles in the back... The shackles are $44 shipped and take about a hour to install in your driveway. It is a cheap and easy way to get rid of that "redneck rake."
tyler right now i have kyb shocks on and it rides very nice, would doing a lowering kit make me lose my smooth ride?
