ok i found the problem it was the 2 pin terminal under the dash going to the neutral safely switch was disconnected so i connected it up and i now have 12v to the starter on cranking i hear the soleniod clanking but it wouldnt turn over so i pulled the start off and bench tested it the soleniod moves the gear out but it wont spin ?? bad starter maybe!!
but the good news is i know have 12v crank (start) to the starter im at least happy with that .oh and the neutral safety switch works (wont cank in gear) so nect thing is why wont the starter turn ???? like i said the soleniod move that gear out but i thought i spins it too ???

Remember the large wire going from the solenoid to the starter motor? Put 12v power from a jumper cable to that wire and don't forget to ground the starter with the jumper cables, too. If it doesnt turn you may have to replace the starter or tear down the motor and clean it up, may be corroded or have bad brushes. New starters are only like $60 on Ebay if you can't get that one going. Salvage starter shouldn't be more than $50.

OK got another starter from the guys i brought the engine friom i had to drive 140 miles return to get it i put it in and it cranks so now im back on track im hooking up the wires for the pcm tomorrow should have it done by tomorrow night then im gonna go over the whole thing and make sure everything is connected put fuilds in and wait for that temp adapter and hopefully start it before the week is up !!!!

it started right up today !!!!! i was happy to hear it come to life and idle im gonna youtube it for people to see !!!!!!! thanks alot RED for walking me through some of this stuff i aprecite it !! all i need to do is hook up the OB11 stuff !! :hyper2::hyper2::hyper2:
