At least. I would just order a kit when you order a cam. Get some good dual valve springs. Then it will take whatever you throw at it.
Yeah, LS6 at minimum, but dual springs are not necessary, but recommended. Comp 918 springs would work well too, but they do not last as long as a set of the 921s or PRCs. The dual valve springs are stronger and can support higher lift rates. If you get 918s (which are just fine), then I would recommend getting some new valve guide seals as well...

Good call. I would also say to use stock GM head gaskets and use ARP studs when replacing the heads. They are not TTY like stock head bolts are...
